"Return without Reasons" is permissible only if the product remains in its original factory condition or as it was delivered, and such a request must be made within 3 days of receipt.
"Returns for Personal Reasons" may incur charges for the customer, including shipping fees and a restocking fee, depending on the condition of the product.
Warranty Terms:
1.1. 3D Printers: We offer a free replacement of extruder kits within three months for key components such as the motherboard, motor, display screen, and hotbed. A one-year warranty is provided for our 3D printers. Please contact customer service ahead of time to arrange any replacement.
Technical support is available for: a) Basic functions as per the stock firmware or factory settings. b) Upgraded functionalities for which we provide official tutorials. c) Upgrade kits for existing or past models that we have publicly released. d) Advanced features that are part of our commitment.
1.2. 3D Printer Parts or Accessories: We offer warranties tailored to the features of our 3D printer parts or accessories. For defective or missing items, proven to be factory defects or shipping-related, replacements will be sent.
1.3. 3D Printer Filaments and Other Consumables: a) No returns are accepted once received. b) Support is provided for usage. c) Replacements for lost packages during shipping (proof required) or packages damaged to the point of unusability (proof required).
Order Cancellation:
2.1. Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been shipped or if shipping arrangements are pending (usually within 1-2 days of the order).
2.2. If the package has been dispatched or shipping arrangements are in place, you must refuse delivery to cancel the order. We will process your refund once the package returns to us.
2.3. Cancellations or refunds cannot be processed if the customer fails to complete necessary customs clearances, leading to delivery failure.
Returns: Returns are permitted for products ("Devices") bought directly from kingroon3d.com, provided they are initiated within 3 days of delivery and under our agreed terms, including a return label. We do not accept responsibility for returns sent to the sender's address independently by the customer.

3.3. Personal Reasons:
- A detailed submission including the order number, date of delivery, and documented reason for return is necessary.
- Personal agreements outlining the acceptance of potential costs are required for processing.
Return Costs: 4.1. Non-conditioned Returns:
- A full refund is processed upon verification of the item's condition by our warehouse, with all associated shipping costs covered by us.
4.2. Defective or Incorrect Items:
- Full refunds are issued following verification, with all shipping costs and taxes involved in the delivery covered by us.
4.3. Personal Reasons:
- The customer will be informed of the return costs after product assessment, which will be deducted from the refund.

Warranty Claims: Ensure all pertinent information, including order details and visual proof of the issue, is available when making a claim.

Process After Returning Product:After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least 7 days from the receipt of your item to process your return. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed and move to the next warranty process, refund you the payment via Paypal, or send a new replacement to you.
