Kingroon Filament Spool – Instructions for Use
Follow these simple steps to ensure proper handling, smooth feeding, and reliable printing performance from the moment you receive your filament.
Receive the Package
After receiving your order, remove the filament from the vacuum-sealed packaging and inspect the spool. Make sure the filament end is properly secured and avoid cutting the ties until you are ready to print, helping prevent loosening or tangling.
Dry the Filament
Although the filament is vacuum-sealed with desiccant, additional drying before use is recommended—especially in humid environments. Proper drying helps eliminate moisture-related issues such as bubbling, stringing, or inconsistent extrusion.
Set Printing Parameters
Adjust your printer settings according to the recommended parameters, including nozzle temperature, bed temperature, and print speed. Correct configuration ensures smooth feeding, strong layer bonding, and stable print results.
Start Printing
Preheat the printer, cut the filament tip at an angle, and load it slowly into the extruder. Once steady feeding is confirmed, begin printing and enjoy consistent performance with reliable print quality.
