Return & Replacement Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Kingroon purchase

Policy Overview

We hope you're delighted with your order. We understand that sometimes you would like a refund or a replacement. As long as an item fits the requirements in this policy, we will offer the service for you.

Important Notice: Please DO NOT open a chargeback, as this may result in bank handling fees and prolong the refund process.

We will help you with your return or replacement as soon as possible.

The product must meet the conditions below. Note that you may need to pay a service fee and shipping costs for replacements.

Eligibility Requirements

For any return or replacement request, the following conditions must be met:

  • The products were purchased from Kingroon.com Official Online Store
  • Excludes other retail platforms and Kingroon Retail Marketplaces
  • Within 30 calendar days starting from 00:00 on the day after receiving a product if the product has no manufacturing defect
  • Within 15 calendar days starting from 00:00 on the day after receiving a product if the product has a manufacturing defect
  • Clearance items and 3D printer accessories are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded

Filament Return Policy

For filament products, the following return conditions apply:

Within 30 calendar days after receiving a product if the product has no manufacturing defect, you will need to provide the original receipt and pay a service fee for the refund.

  • All products, packages, and materials must be intact and in original condition
  • Accessories cannot be returned as they are shipped directly from the Chinese market
  • Clearance items and 3D printer accessories are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded
Quality Issue Resolution: If you encounter any quality issues with your product, please fill out our after-sales template with all required information. Our support team will assist you within 12-48 hours.

Non-Returnable Items

The following product categories are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Clearance/Sale Items - All products purchased from clearance or sale sections
  • 3D Printer Accessories - Nozzles, hotends, build plates, extruders, etc.
  • Opened Software - Software that has been opened or downloaded
  • Personalized/Custom Products - Items made to your specifications
  • Consumables - Parts that are intended for single use
Please Note: We cannot make exceptions to these policies for non-returnable items as they are clearly marked at the time of purchase.
